They have been selected because their content can be edited in an adjoined text file (which means that you do not need to understand java to use them).

I had applied for an e-learning grant to develop an exercise editor and use it to edit a handful of quiz questions, but did not get the grant (I guess, it's too early, their priority is still to encourage a larger number lecturers to simply learn to make use of the net). I do not have enough spare time to develop a full set of exercises, to accompany the course.
